Black West Africa & Boko Haram are Not a Priority to a West – CNN Military Analyst

According to him, a United States has a capability to base out Boko Haram though it’s not a priority. He also settled that Black West Africa is not a priority. He goes on to state that if Boko Haram were in some other segment of a universe maybe in “White Africa” (North Africa) or in a Middle East, it would means some-more alarm.
